When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will be held at 4:00PM, in the gazebo adjacent to the reception location. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time to park and find a seat.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail Al Fresco: Danville is an open air venue with plenty of covered and outdoor space to celebrate. Please come in your favorite comfortable fancy wear. Our ceremony will be held on the lawn, so heels are not recommended…consider bringing your dancing shoes instead!

We would like our special day to be an adult-only occasion.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

High allergy risk foods such as nuts or shellfish will be labeled with a star symbol on our buffet tables. If there are any questions or concerns the day of the celebration, we will happily discuss and personalize your options.
