It all started at Chick-fil-A, of all places. I noticed him while he was working and thought he was really cute. Somehow, I already had his Snapchat — so I sent him a message. Months later, he messaged me back and told me I was pretty. It was during the height of COVID in 2020, and he promised to take me on a date once the world opened back up. But we couldn’t wait that long. We decided to take a chance and meet — and we’ve been inseparable ever since. All through college, we supported each other in every way. He drove me to cheer practices in Fort Worth and Plano, and I was always there to cheer him on and stand by his side through everything. We’ve grown together, through late nights, big dreams, and everything in between. Then, during my senior year, we received the sweetest surprise — we found out we were expecting a baby boy that October. A few months later, in February, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. From a Chick-fil-A shift to forever — our story is proof that love can find you anywhere, and that taking a small chance can lead to something truly beautiful. 🤍
