Ceremony
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Semi-Formal Garden Party Attire (bring an extra layer in case of a chilly evening)
Our celebration will be hosted on family estate, with guest parking available at Gospel Hill Church - address listed above. Shuttles will transport guests from the church to the ceremony site as early as 3:00 PM. The final shuttle will depart at 3:45 PM. We plan to exchange vows under clear skies at 4:00 PM. Since the ceremony will take place on the lawn, we recommend that ladies bring heel protectors for the grass. We'll have some available on-site as well. For anyone who may need a little extra help getting to the lawn, golf carts will be available to assist.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
After the ceremony, join our favorite people around the grazing table for some light bites. Bring over your hand-selected glass (it's yours to keep!) from the ceremony and pour yourself a beer, wine, or seltzer from the heart-shaped coolers. Yard games (weather permitting) will be set up just outside the tent. Grab a partner & play a round, if you fancy.
Reception
6:00 pm - 11:45 pm
Dinner will be served buffet-style beginning at 6:00 PM. Build-Your-Own Taco Bar Seasoned Rice Salad Cuban Sandwiches Mini Corn Dogs Followed by a champagne tower toast and cake personally served by yours truly (the bride and groom). Afterward, we’ll move the party over to the dance floor! Shuttles will begin returning guests to their vehicles at the church beginning at 9:00 PM, with the final ride heading out at 11:45 PM. If you need to leave earlier, we’ll have a few cars on-site and are happy to help you get where you need to go. We can't wait to spend the evening celebrating with you all!
