Please have your RSVP entered on this site by Sunday May 1, 2022. You do that in the "RSVP" section above. The site has instructions to walk your through the process. If you can't figure out how to enter in your RSVP, please email Sam at samh_1980@hotmail.com, before or by the due date.
As much as we love your little ones / children, this is an adult only weekend. Our formal invitations will be addressed specifically to the invited guests. Thanks for understanding! If this means you cannot attend our event, we completely understand (we know childcare in a pandemic is hard to come by!)
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, we have a small registry with Zola, on this site (click above where is says "Registry"). We have what we need for our home, but have listed some items you can contribute to, that would bring us the most joy.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, we ask that any guests who have not been fully vaccinated by the time of our event, wear a mask at all times, except while eating or drinking. Even if you are vaccinated, wear a mask if it makes you feel more comfortable! Jamie & Sam do it in all public venues and we will also be masked during certain parts of the event as well (walking from table to table during dinner, etc). Listen, we're having a wedding during a pandemic - there is not one answer on this subject that is going to make everyone happy. We're using science-based information, shared by medical experts. Doing this will allow everyone to enjoy themselves in the safest way possible. If you feel like this is something you cannot adhere to, or makes you uncomfortable, we will completely understand if you do not attend our event.
The ceremony will be outside, and if you feel you need to be distanced please let us know on your reception RSVP in the section for special accommodations. We will do everything we can to space out your seating. We also will do our best to space guests at the reception (who request it). Again let us know your needs on your RSVP. There is no guarantee we can keep you 6 feet away from other guests / wait staff at all times, but we will do what we can. If you would ONLY like to attend the ceremony because you feel comfortable that it's outside, please let us know that on your RSVP. If traveling to / attending our wedding makes you anxious or worried for your health - we COMPLETELY understand this, and will respect if you choose not to attend. We love you and would love to see you, but we want everyone to decide what's best for them.
Please stay home! We will understand that you did not want to get others at the event sick. Simply let us know as soon as you can, via Sam's email at samh_1980@hotmail.com . We appreciate your commitment to the safety of others.

Sam has loved having the Hardenburgh surname for four decades, and yes she will be taking Jamie's last name of Davis. If you're thinking of writing a check as a gift, making it out to either Samantha Hardenburgh OR Jamie Davis will make it easier to cash in a quick manner (name changes take a while!).
