Shuttle Schedule (To the Venue)

A shuttle will be available to transport guests to The Ashford Estate. Pickup times are as follows: Hilton Garden Inn: 3:15 PM Homewood Suites: 3:25 PM The shuttle will arrive at The Ashford Estate by 3:45 PM. For guests staying at either of these hotels, we recommend requesting an early check-in or arriving dressed for the wedding, as time may be limited.

Shuttle Schedule (To the Hotels)

A shuttle will be available to transport guests from The Ashford Estate to the preferred hotels (Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites). Pickup times from the circle outside the Estate lobby are as follows: 10:35 PM 11:30 PM 12:30 AM A whiteboard and shuttle attendant will be stationed at the entrance of The Estate. The attendant will be available to answer any questions, and the pickup times will be displayed on the board.

Rates: $189 - 1 king $199 - 2 queen beds Room block will close on 9/25/24 This hotel is about a 15 minute drive from our venue. The shuttle will be making stops at this hotel to bus guests to and from The Ashford Estate. Amenities include a complimentary breakfast, free parking, indoor pool, fitness center, putting green, fire pits, ping pong, and a basketball court. Traveling with your furry friends? No problem!
