Yes - We have reserved room blocks under a discounted group rate at two hotels nearby. Please note that these room blocks will be released back to the public September 1, 2024, so if you plan to stay overnight, please call your preferred hotel prior to said date. We unfortunately can not guarantee discounted rates will still be applied after they have been released. Please see our "Travel" tab for more information.
Yes - If you choose to drive to The Ashford Estate, a gravel parking lot is available next to the barn. This lot has no capacity limit. We want everyone to have a fun night, but to be responsible when deciding whether or not to drive home. If you have been drinking, we recommend using our shuttle service to get you back to the hotel(s) or calling an Uber or Lyft. Cars left overnight on the property MUST be picked up no later than 10am Saturday (11.2.2024) morning. Cars left after 9:30am will be towed to accommodate the next wedding and their guests on Saturday.
Black tie preffered, please. The bridal party will be dressed in the color burnt orange/terracotta, so we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing these colors as they are reserved to highlight their importance on our special day.
