When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Formal invitations are in the works now! Expect your invite in the first week of March. RSVP deadline is April 6th, 2026.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is Outdoor Formal. We invite guests to wear something dressy and elegant while keeping our outdoor, rustic venue in mind. For men, suits or jackets with dress pants (ties optional). For women, midi- to floor-length dresses or dressy jumpsuits. Of note, ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outdoors but dinner and dancing will be in the barn. Please bring layers accordingly!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Hotel recommendations are listed in the Travel tab. We have a room block reserved at Hotel Petaluma and then several other great hotel and airbnb recommendations in the area.

What is the parking situation for Hotel Petaluma?

Answer

Unfortunately, Hotel Petaluma does not designated hotel parking, but this is what they have available: Option 1: Street Parking: 72 hour parking- unrestricted - Residential areas of Kentucky and Keller Streets Option 2: Keller Street Garage - Less than 2 blocks away, complimentary parking Daytime Parking: guests visiting for the day or moving their car to street parking after 4 pm may park without a pass. The levels of the garage have different time limits; Guests enjoy 4-hour parking on the lower level and up to 10-hour parking on upper floors. Overnight parking requires a hotel parking pass for the rooftop level, these passes are available at the front desk and allows guests to park for the duration of their stay on the rooftop without having to move their vehicle. The pass is valid for the length of your stay and is complimentary. (You would ask for this at the day of check in, they are first come first serve!) Option 3: After Hours BofA pay to park lot - Bank of America Lot located across from the hotel’s courtyard entrance offers overnight parking available for $10 (parking after 5:30pm)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please arrive by 3:30pm to take your seats.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttle buses picking up guests from two hotels in downtown Petaluma that will have staggered return times back to those destinations. Exact times TBD, please check back closer to the date for a specific shuttle schedule.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is onsite venue parking if you are not able to take the shuttles. However, we strongly encourage using the shuttle service if possible so you can enjoy the evening stress-free!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered at Crate & Barrel and on Zola for some honeymoon excursions. The Registry tab has direct links!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we would love for everyone to be able to join us but our guest count only allows for whoever the envelope was directly addressed to.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When we send out our official invitations, there will be a section for any food preferences or allergies, please list it there and we will do our best to accommodate!
