Casual Attire: Anything goes — sundresses, jeans, blouses, tees, or slacks and a button-down. Cowboy boots and hats are welcome but entirely optional — Zac will likely be wearing his.
Kick off the weekend with us at a casual welcome drinks event at the brewery. Open house style, so feel free to swing by at your leisure! We’ll have some light bites to share and beer and wine will be available for purchase.
3:00 pm
We’ll have two shuttles picking up from Hotel Petaluma right downtown, with staggered return times to get you home after the party winds down. You will need to be downstairs of the Hotel Petaluma lobby by 2:55pm for the shuttle, departing promptly at 3:00pm. Then, shuttles will be departing the venue to return to Hotel Petaluma at 3 separate times: shortly after dinner (approx. 8:15pm), part-way through dancing (approx. 9:15pm), and at the very end of the night at 10:15pm when they will make a stop at the after party location (McNear's, 5min from hotel) on their way back to the hotel.
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Outdoor Formal Attire: We invite guests to wear something dressy and elegant while keeping our outdoor, rustic venue in mind. For men, suits or jackets with dress pants (ties optional). For women, midi- to floor-length dresses or dressy jumpsuits.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00PM, followed by cocktail hour. Guests will then be invited into the barn for an evening of dinner, drinks, and dancing as we celebrate together into the night. Please note that the first part of the evening will take place outdoors, so we recommend bringing a light layer in case the weather cools down. It can get very windy!

The shuttle will stop at McNear’s on our way back for anyone who wants to grab another drink, keep dancing, or play a round of pool—plus some light bites will be provided. The bar is just a short walk from Hotel Petaluma if you want to join later too!
