Is there a dress code?

Cocktail attire is recommended.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please visit the travel section for the hotels where we have booked room blocks. You can also look in Leesburg and Sterling for additional hotel options.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A complimentary shuttle will transport guests to and from the wedding venue. Pick up and drop off will be at the Tru by Hilton Ashburn One Loudon so we recommend booking at this hotel if you plan to utilize the shuttle services. The shuttle will depart for the ceremony at 4:30 p.m. and return guests back to the hotel at the end of the evening.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at Creek's Edge Winery. For those who will be drinking, we will also have a shuttle available to transport those to and from the winery. Please note, the winery is located in a very rural area and therefore, booking Ubers/Lyfts at the end of the night will be very difficult. We advise driving or utilizing the shuttle!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we wish that we could include all of our loved ones and kiddos on this special day, we are only able to accommodate named guests on the invitation due to limited space.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have an entrée option that is nut-free, gluten free, and vegan. However, if you have any specific dietary restrictions or concerns that we should be aware of, please make a note of it with your rsvp or email Jamie at doughtjl@gmail.com.
