Is there a dress-code?

Answer

Weddings are always a great opportunity to dress up, but our main priority is that you are comfortable and have a perfect evening. Wear whatever makes you feel your best! As long as it's not a gorgeous white gown or your birthday suit, you'll probably be in the clear :)

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

Since we have been living together for a couple years, we have pretty much everything a house needs. Because we would LOVE to help you save on wrapping paper costs, we made giving a cash gift super easy! It can be done right here on our website under the "Registry" tab. Thank you in advance!

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has a perfect on-site parking lot that is available to all our guests! If you want to save space, find a friend and carpool! The lot is adjacent to the venue and is very easy to see from the road.

Where do I sit?

Answer

There will be a seating chart just inside the door. Your seat will be your seat for both the ceremony and the reception, so get comfy - until it's time to dance of course.

What are you feeding me?

Answer

We will be served by Big Daddy's North Pizza Truck! There will be tons of pizza options, tossed garden salad, and build-your-own ice cream sundaes! There will also be a dessert table with a variety of yummy sweets. If you have dietary restrictions, please make it known to us so we can be sure you are taken care of. Send Jamie a text, email, facebook message, sky writer, whatever you need to do!

Is it an open bar?

Answer

There will be alcohol available! Most likely, we will have an open bar for the first couple of hours and then cash bar for the rest of the evening. Drink responsibly, kids.

Is there a hotel block already set up?

Answer

Because most of our family and friends live here, in Maine, we haven't set up an agreement with any local hotels. However, if you are traveling from out of state, let us know if you need recommendations on nice places to stay.

Do plans change in the event of bad weather?

Answer

No! The entire day will be held in a climate controlled venue on a beautiful plot of land. The outside is also available if you want to take a walk, but even two feet of snow will not stop us. Uncle Ralph has a plow...

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are implementing an 'unplugged' ceremony so that our incredible photographer (Adam Avery) can capture the best moments possible. Before and after the ceremony, feel free to use your phones to take pictures and videos to your heart's desire! We are also using an app that allows you to upload all your pictures through the night to be shared with the couple instantaneously.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love all of you AND your children, but this is a 12+ wedding! Thanks for understanding and for finding childcare ahead of time!
