FAQs

If you have any questions other than what we have listed here, feel free to shoot one of us a text!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP using the RSVP tab by December 1, 2026 so we can finalize our guest count with our vendors- making sure to have enough food and drink to make merry!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We encourage our guests to dress in "western formal": formal enough for a wedding, western enough for Texas. For the ladies, this means pants or dresses, midi length or longer. For gentlemen, this means a suit (no tie needed). We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing white, or white heavy patterns. This is an afternoon/evening, spring wedding on a family ranch- outdoors and a little wild. We recommend bringing layers and closed toe, sensible shoes. Stilleto heels are strongly discouraged as the hill country terrain will always win. The more cowboy boots we see the better, but no pressure!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be promptly at 6pm on Saturday, March 13th- so be prepared to be in Fredericksburg by Saturday morning, and arrive at the ranch anytime after 5:30 pm. Please err on the side of early. :)

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family. If you have a plus one, it'll be noted on your Save the Date postcard, and you should see the option when you RSVP on the RSVP tab (coming soon!). If you have questions/are unsure, feel free to shoot us a text!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children of immediate family are welcome, and this should be noted on your Save the Date and as an RSVP option.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are hundreds of boutique hotels, AirBnB's, and cottages to stay in nearby. Things look farther than they appear- so be sure to use maps to check distance and driving time. We recommend La Quinta Inn, Alberts on Main, The Peach Tree Inn, Country Inn & Cottages, and our personal favorite- The Resort at Fredericksburg (get your own cute cottage!)- to maximixe closeness to town and our ranch. Let us know if you're having trouble!
