There will be absolutely no parking available at the venue. Please plan accordingly to utilize our shuttle service to and from the hotel room block location. Shuttles will run until midnight. The shuttle service for the wedding ceremony will leave the hotel at 3:45 sharp so be sure to be outside ready to go by then! The shuttles for the beach day will run from 11:00 am through 6:00 pm.

5:45 pm - 6:45 pm

There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails, beer and wine.
7:00 pm - 11:45 pm
This event is cocktail attire. The reception will take place on uneven grass & bark so you may want to reconsider stilettos! It tends to get windy and cool in the evenings so we suggest bringing a jacket.
We will have buffet-style with tons of options for all (including vegetarian & gluten-free)! Come hungry!
11:30 am - 6:00 pm
Come ready for some fun in the sun! Wear your swimsuit & bring your sunscreen. Please be sure to bring a towel and or a beach chair!
Shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue as there is no parking available on site. The first shuttle will pickup at the Lake Tahoe Resort at 11 am and will run every 30-45 minutes. Please plan accordingly if you are not staying at the resort.
