For the comfort and safety of our guests, transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue. Two shuttle departures will be offered prior to the event, with two return trips following the celebration. We highly encourage utilizing the shuttle if you plan to enjoy drinks throughout the night, ensuring a safe and enjoyable evening for all. If you choose to drive to the venue and take the shuttle back to the hotel at the end of the evening, you’re welcome to leave your car in the venue parking lot overnight. Departure Times (Hotel → Venue) 5:20 PM – Shuttle Shift 1 departs hotel 5:50 PM – Shuttle Shift 2 departs hotel Return Times (Venue → Hotel) 10:15 PM – Shuttle Shift 1 departs venue 10:45 PM – Shuttle Shift 2 departs venue Important Note: The shuttle accommodates up to 60 guests per trip, so please consider the first shift for earlier arrival to the wedding if possible to ensure enough space on shift two. We recommend arriving at the shuttle pickup location 5-10 minutes early to remain on schedule as the bus will not wait for latecomers.
Hotel
Room blocks have been reserved and are available for our guests at this hotel under VICKNAIR WEDDING. This location will also serve as the shuttle pickup and drop-off point, so we highly recommend staying here to ensure your evening is as effortless as possible. 🤍 Room options include two queen beds or one king bed. As accommodations in the area are limited and we are only able to reserve a select number of rooms, we kindly encourage guests to consider sharing rooms with friends or family to maximize availability.
Hotel
This hotel is located directly across the interstate from the Holiday Inn, where our reserved wedding room blocks are available and where the shuttle will pick up and drop off. While we do not have a room block at this location, it is the only other hotel in Amite for guests who prefer not to stay within the reserved block.
