Dress Code & FAQ's

The Wedding Website of Jamie Rhodes and Garret Vicknair
We invite our guests to dress in cocktail attire for our evening celebration. Think mid-floor length dresses in elevated fabrices and suits with tie optional. Please no jeans or white. If you're looking for inspiration, please feel free to reference the mood board above. We would love to see guests in colors that complement and are cohesive with our greenery-inspired palette.
Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the ceremony from the Holiday Inn. There will be two pickup and drop-off times available as the shuttle accommodates up to 60 guests. We strongly encourage guests to use the shuttle and plan ahead for safe transportation, as we want everyone to celebrate responsibly and get home safely. Departure Times (Hotel → Venue) 5:20 PM – Shuttle Shift 1 departs hotel 5:50 PM – Shuttle Shift 2 departs hotel Return Times (Venue → Hotel) 10:15 PM – Shuttle Shift 1 departs venue 10:45 PM – Shuttle Shift 2 departs venue Important Note: The shuttle accommodates up to 60 guests per trip, so please consider the first shift for earlier arrival to the wedding if possible to ensure enough space on shift two. We recommend arriving at the shuttle pickup location 5-10 minutes early to remain on schedule as the bus will not wait for latecomers.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we’ve chosen to keep our wedding adults only, aside from those who are participating in our wedding party.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To keep our celebration small and meaningful, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. If you have been given a plus one, it will be included when you RSVP. If you only see your name, we are unfortunately unable to add additional guests. We have so many loved ones we wish we could celebrate with, and truly appreciate your understanding as we keep our day intimate.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guest arrival begins at 5:45 PM, with live music starting at that time. We kindly ask that guests do not arrive before then, as we will be finishing up photos prior to guest arrival. We recommend arriving shortly after to get settled and enjoy the string duo before the ceremony begins. There will be two shuttle pickup times offered; guests who wish to enjoy the live music and have first choice of seating are encouraged to select the earlier option.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be located directly to the left of the venue, and signs from the highway will guide you there.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 16th so we can finalize our guest count and plans with our vendors, as well as prepare all the special details for our day. We’re unable to accept late RSVPs, so we kindly ask that you respond on time. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
