Fly into: Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR)
The Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR) is about 35 minutes from the Grand Miramar by taxi or Uber. It can be a bit chaotic when exiting the airport, so here’s a quick guide to help you plan ahead: 🚗 Transportation Options 1. Uber – Budget-Friendly ($10-$20 USD) The most affordable option, but requires a short walk to the pick-up zone. How to find it: Exit the airport and turn left. Walk to the very end, turn left again, and cross the elevated pedestrian bridge over the street. The Uber pick-up area is just after the bridge (can be crowded). 2. Taxi – Easiest Option (~$35 - $50 USD) Taxis are readily available as you exit the airport. Expect to be approached by many drivers offering rides. No walking or app required — just hop in and go. 3. Pre-Arranged Transportation – Most Convenient ($70–$100 USD) A driver will be waiting for you with a sign and your name. Good for groups or travelers who prefer a seamless arrival - You can ask the Grand Miramar for recommendations when booking your room if this interests you.
