We adore your little ones, but kindly ask to keep our celebration limited to guests 16 and older. We hope this gives everyone, especially parents, a chance to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the evening with us!
This is a black-tie optional event and we ask that guests dress in formal attire. Think suits, ties, and elegant, maxi dresses - polished and festive! We want everyone to feel their best and match the celebratory vibe of the day.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM CST, so we recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early to find your seat and get settled.
We kindly ask that you put away your phones and cameras during the ceremony and simply be present with us in the moment. We’ve hired a professional photographer and a content creator to beautifully capture everything, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy this special time with us. We promise to share the photos and videos with you after the big day!
The ceremony will be held outdoors, surrounded by lush greenery, blooming flowers, and the peaceful charm of nature - it’s a truly magical setting! The reception will be held indoors, where guests can dine and dance in comfort. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we have a lovely indoor ceremony space as a backup. Rain or shine, we’re so excited to celebrate with you! Please keep the outdoor setting in mind when choosing your outfit (especially your shoes!).
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! If your invitation includes a plus-one, they will be listed by name. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo.
Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible. All main areas, including the ceremony and reception spaces, can be accessed via ramps or elevators. Additionally, golf cart transportation will be available for guests who may need or prefer a little help getting around. If you have specific accessibility needs or questions, please feel free to reach out - we want to make sure everyone feels comfortable and taken care of.
Plenty of parking spaces will be available at Fishermen's Inn and signage or attendants will be there to help guide you.
