What are the COVID-19 protocols?

In the interest of all of our loved ones' safety & wellbeing, and in accordance with NY State Laws and all of our Venues' protocols we will be requiring the following: 1 - Proof of Double Vaccination along with your ID. Boosters are strongly recommended. 2 - Proof of Negative Antigen Test* (such as Binax Now or Quick-Vue, available at most pharmacies. *For Friday Events - The Antigen test must be taken Friday, and a photo of the results must be sent in by 3 pm with the link provided to your email. *Saturday Wedding - The Antigen test must be taken Saturday, and a photo of the results must be sent in by 3 pm with the link provided to your email. Those that attended Friday events must retest Saturday as well. We cannot allow you to enter any event without proof of vaccination, ID and a negative antigen test. We appreciate your cooperation. What time does the ceremony start?

The invitation is called for 5:00, the ceremony will start promptly at 5:30. Please arrive early. Remember to have your vaccination cards, ID and photo of negative COVID antigen test readily available to speed up the entry process.

Valet Parking
Answer
Gansevoort Hotel: Valet Parking available 7am-12am at the rate of $85 per 24 hours for Sedans and $95 per 24 hours for SUVs, with no in and out privileges . Self Parking available 24 hours at 111 8th Avenue - entrance is on 16th street between 8th and 9th avenue at the rate of $55.00 per 24 hours for Sedans and $65.00 per 24 hours, with no in and out privileges. Guests will pay the garage directly - above cost is honored after showing hotel room key or hotel receipt. If you choose self park, you can go to Hotel first and a Bellman will help you unload your belongings. The Chelsea Renaissance Hotel offers the following: Self-Parking: Sedan - $55 SUV - $65 Valet: Sedan - $75 SUV - $85 The garage is a 3 minute walk, if you decide to self park, go to the hotel first and a bellman will help you unload your belongings. You may find a better deal on one of the parking apps like best parking. We will be offering free Valet Parking Saturday Night at wedding venue.
