Where should we stay?

Answer

We have courtesy blocks of hotel rooms at Best Western Plus, Drury Inn, the Hyatt Place, and the Country Inn and Suites. Use the links provided in the "Where to Stay" tab or simply call the hotel and mention the Gunther-Haney wedding to book your stay.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love for our guests to wear cocktail attire or formal attire. That just means cocktail dresses, formal dress, or suits and ties - basically anything formal that makes you feel fabulous!

Are Children Welcome?

With the exception of our wedding party, this will be an adults-only celebration. Your invitation will indicate how many seats are reserved for your party.

Is there transportation to and from Pear Tree Estate?

Answer

No, but Champaign has Uber and Lyft. Also, you can schedule a taxi in advance to avoid having to drive or worry about transportation on the day of the wedding.

How far is the ceremony site from the reception site?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are in the same beautiful location, so no need to worry! The Pear Tree Estate is amazing, and it is just a short 10 minute drive from our suggested hotels.

How do you feel about phones and social media at your wedding?

Answer

We would love an unplugged ceremony so everyone can be fully present and also so our photographer can get better photos. Feel free to snap and post away at the reception though! #whenojmetinchampaign
