Uber is your best transportation option if you are not renting a car. It is also your best bet from the hotel to the wedding venue and back. If you do not have the Uber app, go to the website and download the app to your phone. Use the invite code jayh10491ue and receive $5 off each of your first 4 rides. Your Uber from the Orlando International Airport to the Lake Buena Vista area will be about $30. From any of the hotel recommendations to the wedding venue will be about $6. At Orlando International Airport, request when you’re ready to walk outside and choose a ride option that suits your group size, pricing and luggage storage needs. Exit on the right level. If you selected uberX or uberXL, exit via Arrivals on Level 2 and wait for your driver curbside. If you selected UberSELECT, head to Level 1 and walk to the Express Pickup Tunnel located directly next to the rental car counters. Confirm your driver. If you can't find your driver, contact him or her through the app.

Orlando has 2 airports. Most airlines use Orlando International Airport. Allegiant Airlines, a discount carrier, is the only airline that flies in/out of Orlando Sanford International Airport which is much further out of town. CAR RENTAL Every major car rental company is located at the Orlando International Airport. LAKE BUENA VISTA AREA In addition to the immediate proximity to Walt Disney World, this area is also just four miles from SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay are eight short miles north on Interstate 4. This all-suite resort is located on the same lake as the wedding venue. This resort offers 1 and 2 bedroom units. They offer one- and two-bedroom suites with living room and patio overlooking the resort pools and Lake Bryan. Each suite also has a full kitchen, dining area and two full baths. In-suite amenities include flat screen TV’s with DVD players, WiFi, washer and dryer and Jacuzzi-jetted tub in the master bedroom. The one-bedroom Family Suite, with one King bed and a set of bunk beds is ideal for two adults and two children. The two bedroom suites, with one King bed, two twin beds and a set of bunk beds is designed for a larger family. All Suites also have a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 more people if needed.. One bedroom (sleeps 6) averages $136/ night. Two bedroom (sleeps 8) averages $149/night. Both have a $45 cleaning fee upon departure.

The Springhill Suites is part of a 3 property Marriott Village which also includes a Marriott Courtyard and Fairfield Inn. The Springhill Suites offer a double or king room with a separate living and kitchenette area. These rooms also have pull out couches. They average $119/night and include breakfast. There is a $10/day parking fee.
