Flight
Santa Barbara is going to be the easiest airport to fly into. There are no direct flights from Boston/Providence, however it is a quick trip from multiple layover locations. Below are the airlines that fly into SB Airport from different locations. You can fly into LAX and then it's about a 2-hour drive if you'd prefer. You do not need to a rent a car unless you are staying at an Airbnb outside of town and wish to have one! Ubers are plenty and there will be a shuttle to the venue. American Airlines: non-stop from Dallas & Phoenix ContourAirlines: non-stop from Las Vegas & Oakland Sun Country Airlines: non-stop from Minneapolis United Airlines: non-stop from Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco
Hotel
Hotel Californian Room Block https://www.hotelcalifornian.com/ **Please note that the room block is sold out and the hotel has also informed us they are sold out that weekend, please see our other suggestions below for hotels outside the room block** There are quite a few hotels in Santa Barbara, however we recommend to stay close to the Hotel Californian/State Street as that's where the activities/shuttles will be leaving from. Below are just a few options. Other Recommended Hotels: Hotel Indigo https://www.indigosantabarbara.com/ (This is directly next to the Hotel Californian--FYI: the rooms are VERY small) Hotel Milo https://www.hotelmilosantabarbara.com/ (Very close to the Hotel Californian) The Eagle Inn https://www.theeagleinn.com/ (short walk to the Hotel Californian) Harbor View Inn https://www.harborviewinnsb.com/ (Right next to the Hotel Californian)
House Or Rental
If you do decide to Airbnb, we recommend to stay close to State Street and Hotel Californian (where the room block is). Santa Barbara is a big area and most of the wedding activities/shuttle and bars and restaurants are off of State Street.
