✈️🌴 Flying Into Cancún (CUN) All guests should fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN) — the closest airport to Playa del Carmen and our resort. - 🚐 Getting to the Resort For an extra cost, roundtrip airport transfers (Airport-Hotel-Airport) are available. If you wish to book the service, please contact experiences@thefiveshotels.com one week before your arrival. - 📅 When to Arrive Most guests will arrive Thursday, October 1st or Friday morning. If you’re joining all the weekend events, we recommend arriving by Friday early afternoon so you can settle in before the festivities begin. - 🛂 Passport Reminder Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after your travel dates — this is required for entry into Mexico.
