Things To Do

If time allows, we have included some of our favorite places in the local area and around the metroplex for you to visit.
Fort Worth Stockyards

Fort Worth Stockyards

131 E Exchange Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76164

Explore the historic Fort Worth Stockyards for cowboy culture, live music, and western heritage activities. The Fort Worth Stockyards hosts the Fort Worth Herd cattle drive twice daily at 11:30 AM and 4:00 PM, weather permitting, featuring Texas Longhorns on East Exchange Avenue. If you've got a few grand or ten lying around, stop by M.L. Leddy's and get the couple some boots!

Billy Bob's Texas

Billy Bob's Texas

2520 Rodeo Plaza, Fort Worth, TX 76164

If you’re looking for the most Texas experience you can possibly have while you’re in town, Billy Bob’s Texas is the place. Known as the “World’s Largest Honky-Tonk,” this iconic Fort Worth spot features live country music, dancing, pool tables, mechanical bulls, and even indoor bull riding on select nights. Check out White Elephant Saloon right next door if you've got the time as well.

Benito's Mexican Cuisine

Benito's Mexican Cuisine

1450 West Magnolia, Fort Worth, TX 76104

Best Mexican in DFW. Fight us. More valuable than all the other "Texas" institutions above combined.

Historic Downtown Grapevine

Historic Downtown Grapevine

530 S Main St, Grapevine, TX 76051

Stroll the charming Historic Downtown filled with shops, cafes, and local boutiques. Try out Tolbert's for the 2nd best chili in Texas (after James' of course).
