US Customs Check In & Priority Boarding

9:00 am - 10:30 am

This event is Beach Semi-Formal. Please dress comfortably, but kindly save the flip flops, activewear and shorts for the remainder of the cruise.

Please be advised that ALL guests, both cruising and non-cruising, must be at the cruise terminal by no later than 9:00am. Please note that this will be similar to checking in for a flight at the airport. Please be prepared to stand for some periods of time, and consider packing a light sweater, snack or beverage if desired. A safe and secure parking facility is conveniently located adjacent to the cruise terminal. Parking fees are $25 per day including all taxes. NOTE: Cruising guests may park their vehicles in this garage for the duration of the cruise, with the appropriate fees. All guests, cruising and non-cruising, attending our wedding will be required to register with US Customs and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines using either an original birth certificate, government issued photo ID, or a valid passport/passport card. Without these documents, you will not be permitted to board the ship and celebrate with us. Cruising guests may check luggage at this time to be delivered to their state rooms later in the day.

Pre-Ceremony Welcome Reception

10:30 am - 12:00 pm

Once all wedding guests have cleared customs, our group will be escorted to our private event venue onboard the ship. A light Continental Breakfast will be served during this time and guests may mingle in the venue. Please note that all non-cruising guests must remain inside the venue at all times and must depart the ship by no later than 2:30pm. Cruising guests are free to roam the ship prior to the ceremony beginning but we do ask that all guests be back at the venue by no later than 11:45am so that we can begin promptly at 12:00pm.

Reception

12:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Hors d'oeuvres and Refreshments will be provided. Cruising guests will be able to check into their guest cabins after 1:30pm. Carry on luggage may be stored in the venue until guest cabins are available for check in.
