We’ve partnered with Hotel Avail, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Rogers, AR, to offer our guests a special room block at discounted rates. Booking Details: Reservation Deadline: Please book by April 29, 2026 to secure the group rate. Minimum Stay: A 2-night minimum stay is required. How to Book: Click on the "view" button below for a direct link We recommend booking early, as rooms are limited and may sell out quickly. We suggest that our bridal party and close family attending the rehearsal dinner stay at Hotel Avail. Our rehearsal dinner will be held at this venue, making it the perfect choice for those invited to attend the dinner. Shuttle service will be provided with pickup rounds beginning at 5:00 PM and again at 5:30 PM. Additional return trips will be available throughout the evening.
