Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle service will be available from Hotel Avail to the venue with departures at 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM. Return shuttles will begin making trips back to Hotel Avail starting at 9:00 PM and will continue throughout the evening. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area for guests who prefer additional flexibility. We encourage everyone to plan ahead for a safe and seamless evening.

CAN I BRING A PLUS-ONE?

We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend, as formal invitations are addressed to the guests invited.

Are children invited?

Answer

Due to limited space and the formality of our celebration, children are not invited to celebrate with us, except for those included in the invitation as part of our close family. We hope you understand and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

We kindly request formal attire for our celebration. Ladies: Long or mid-length dresses of any color in elegant, evening-ready styles Gentlemen: Suits, with or without a tie Please no white dresses, jeans, or boots—and we appreciate your help in setting a polished and respectful tone for the occasion.

WILL THERE BE A COCKTAIL HOUR?

Answer

Yes, a cocktail hour with passed hors d’oeuvres and an open bar will take place in the courtyard of The Ballroom at I Street, prior to the plated dinner.

Yes! There is a parking lot just a few steps away from where the celebrations will take place.
