Can I bring a date or my kids?

Answer

Because of strict venue capacity limits, we are asking only those listed on the invitation to join us. If you are in need of childcare, Midcoast Family Rentals (https://www.midcoastfamilyrentals.com) can connect you with a babysitter. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

On Friday, guests attending the rehearsal dinner and/or welcome party should dress in coastal casual. Think colorful dresses, jumpsuits, blouses, button ups, polos, and slacks. On Saturday, guests should dress in semi-formal or resort formal attire. Think colorful, long dresses, jumpsuits, suits or a button-up and sports coat. On Sunday, guests can dress casually. The weather on the coast of Maine in July is typically a high of 75 degrees and low of 60 but check the forecast for a cold spell or rain. If you have any questions about attire, please reach out to Kate Martin at 774-266-7261 or Audrey Martin at 774-266-5233. NOTE ABOUT RAIN: We will likely hold our ceremony outside, even in the event of slight rain. Please plan accordingly with umbrellas or raincoats. We will have some umbrellas, but not enough for every guest.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

For guests staying at the Captain Nickels Inn, Belfast Inn or Steamboat Wharf Cabins, transportation will be provided to and from the venue on the day of the wedding. 2:30pm Departure from Belfast Harbor Inn 2:45pm Departure from Captain Nickels Inn 2:55pm Departure from Steamboat Wharf Cabins 3:00pm Arrival at French's Point * THIS SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Please check back June 27th for final information. 10:00pm Departure from French's Point to Steamboat Wharf Cabins, Captain Nickels Inn, and Belfast Harbor Inn Transportation will not be provided for the welcome party or brunch, so guests are encouraged to drive and carpool. Please note: there are NO Ubers available in this area of Maine, so please do not plan on this as an option.

May I take photos during the ceremony?

We ask that you do not take photos during the ceremony. We have an amazing photography and videography team that will capture every moment! We would love for you to be present with us during that special time.

Can I park on site?

Answer

There is free parking available on site. If you are planning on drinking, please utilize our transportation options.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 3:15 pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm.

Where should I bring/send a gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home in Phoenix via the wedding registry (linked in the menu above). A wedding card box will be at our reception.
