On Friday, guests attending the rehearsal dinner and/or welcome party should dress in coastal casual. Think colorful dresses, jumpsuits, blouses, button ups, polos, and slacks. On Saturday, guests should dress in semi-formal or resort formal attire. Think colorful, long dresses, jumpsuits, suits or a button-up and sports coat. On Sunday, guests can dress casually. The weather on the coast of Maine in July is typically a high of 75 degrees and low of 60 but check the forecast for a cold spell or rain. NOTE ABOUT RAIN: We will likely hold our ceremony outside, even in the event of slight rain. Please plan accordingly with umbrellas or raincoats. We will have some umbrellas, but not enough for every guest.
For guests staying at the Captain Nickels Inn, Belfast Inn or Steamboat Wharf Cabins, transportation will be provided to and from the venue on the day of the wedding. 2:30pm Departure from Belfast Harbor Inn 2:45pm Departure from Captain Nickels Inn 2:55pm Departure from Steamboat Wharf Cabins 3:00pm Arrival at French's Point * THIS SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Please check back June 27th for final information. 10:00pm Departure from French's Point to Steamboat Wharf Cabins, Captain Nickels Inn, and Belfast Harbor Inn Transportation will not be provided for the welcome party or brunch, so guests are encouraged to drive and carpool. Please note: there are NO Ubers available in this area of Maine, so please do not plan on this as an option.
We ask that you do not take photos during the ceremony. We have an amazing photography and videography team that will capture every moment! We would love for you to be present with us during that special time.
There is free parking available on site. If you are planning on drinking, please utilize our transportation options.
