Travel Note
We recommend underground parking at the Art Gallery of Hamilton. You can enter via Summers Lane or King Street West. Rates are $15/day. As an alternative, you may also park at the Sheraton Hamilton Hotel, right across the street, covered self-parking is available for hotel guests at $17.95/day (in and out privileges), and valet is around $35.95/day.
Train
Catching the GO Train from Union Station? Great choice! On Saturdays, trains on the Lakeshore West line run frequently to Hamilton GO Centre, and the ride takes about 1 hour 15 minutes. Once you arrive, it’s just a 10-minute walk or 3 minute Uber to the Art Gallery of Hamilton. Uber / Lyft Uber is a great option for getting to and from the venue. Approximate round-trip costs per car are: Toronto: ~$200–$260 Kitchener: ~$140–$180 Cambridge: ~$120–$160
