When should I RSVP by?

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

While James and I LOVE to spend time with your kids, if they are not on the invitation unfortunately they are not invited. We just know too many people who have kids and we had to make cuts somewhere! Please understand we still love them!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We plan on starting the ceremony promptly at 4:30 pm on July 6th, 2024, We ask that people arrive at their seats about 15-20 min before start time.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask that you limit the RSVP to just the people mentioned on the invitation. We would love to share our day with everyone soon as we get some photos back!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Check out our Travel link for discounted room blocks for both one and two night stays in Downtown Keene, NH! We have room blocks at both the Courtyard Marriot and the Best Western Hotel in Keene, under the McDevitt/Erwin Wedding!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be offering a shuttle to both of our room blocked-off Hotels. The Pick up service will arrive by bus around 45min to 1 hours prior to start of the ceremony and will offer 3 different times for departure at 9:00 PM, 11:00 PM and 12:30 AM

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking at Lakefalls Lodge will be managed by parking attendants to help show you the way on our wedding day. If you are coming to the Welcome Party or Farewell Brunch, follow the appropriate signs for parking.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We plan on a server a buffet style dinner, the waitstaff is aware of the ingredients should you need to ask about them.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We are inviting all of our guests to a Welcome Party on July 5th, around 6:00PM, We'll be having a pizza party!!! Following our big day/night, we are inviting our guests to farewell brunch here at Lakefalls Lodge at 9 am. Come hug us over a nice cup of coffee or Liquid IV, depending on how well you partied the night before.
