Join us in the Forest Ballroom and Veranda on the second floor of the hotel. There will be hors d'oeuvres, drinks, and dancing. Everyone is invited, even the kids, so come celebrate. We all know how quick the day of the wedding can go for the bride and groom, so we hope to spend more time with everyone during the welcome party!

Shuttle from the Hotel to Nestldown
1:45 pm - 2:00 pm
Shuttles will arrive at the front of the hotel around 1:45 p.m. and depart for the venue at 2:00 p.m. Be sure to be ready by then.
Ceremony
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Attire: Formal. Dresses, suits, and swords.
Getting to "The Chapel" requires walking down a hill so please be aware. There will be golf carts for those that need a ride. We hope to be able to spend the entire day outside, weather permitting, please take this into consideration.
Reception
3:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Attire: Formal. Please leave your swords, bows, and kids at home.
The cocktail hour and dinner are on lawns, so please plan footwear accordingly. Cocktail Hour: Foxglove Meadow 3:30-5:00 Light Appetizers and Drinks Please feel free to roam around the venue and enjoy its beauty. This is the perfect chance to take out those phones and capture some fun pictures. Dinner: Main Lawn 5:00-6:15 Buffett Style Dancing: Apple Knoll 6:15-10:00 Dancing is so important to our big day we asked for an extra hour to bust some moves. Join us for a night under the stars with music, dessert, coffee and tea.
