Shuttle to Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:15 pm
A shuttle will stop at both hotels to go to the ceremony/wedding venue. We strongly recommend getting to the trolley early as only 40 guests can be accommodated per trip and the same trolley will be stopping at both hotels. The shuttle will also return guests to their hotels after the reception if you like. Schedule: 4:15PM pick up from Renaissance Philadelphia Downtown Hotel 4:25PM pick up from Philadelphia Marriott Old City -- 4:55PM pick up from Renaissance Philadelphia Downtown Hotel 5:05PM pick up from Philadelphia Marriott Old City The shuttle will start returning guests to the hotels at 11:30 PM and continue making loops between the venue and the hotels.
Ceremony

Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

The 1.5 hour cocktail hour will have many food stations, games, a guest illustrator, and an open bar.
Reception
7:30 pm - 11:45 pm

The reception will start with formal entrances, followed by a 3 course meal, an open bar, and DANCING! You will choose your meal at the venue. Please let the server know of any dietary restrictions.

Brunch & Fun!

James' parents have graciously offered to host a morning after brunch at the Renaissance hotel for all guests! There will be a full buffet and non-alcoholic beverages provided. The bride and groom would love to spend as much time with their guests as possible! After brunch, we plan to have a casual meet up with any guests who plan to stay the weekend in Philadelphia! Likely locations: South Street Festival, IBG beer garden or STOs beer garden.
