Is there transportation provided after the wedding festivities?

Answer

The island has both Cab and Uber services. We will get some other reputable transportation amenities, and list them for you to inquire with. Any guests staying ON the island the night of the wedding may consider walking or biking to their accommodations, as it will ultimately be faster than motorized transport. Please contact us if you need additional information.

Will the Dj accept requests?

Yes. We are welcome to all suggestions. Just please no vulgar songs that will be offensive to other guests.

What is the weather typically like this time of year for an outdoor reception?

Answer

Speaking from many years of experience during James annual trips to Sanibel for the Christmas holidays … the weather in late December in Florida is very similar to the weather in May or August in Michigan. Sometimes it gets chilly at night but usually only down to 65 degrees or so.
