Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be taking place outdoors on the lawn, so we recommend keeping that in mind when choosing footwear. Maine can also be cooler this time of year, so we recommend bringing a long-sleeved layer for the ceremony. The cocktail hour will be held inside the Inn with the option to linger outside, and the reception will be held inside the Inn.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. Parking is available for all wedding guests at the Black Point Inn. Lyft and Uber service can be more limited on Prouts Neck. Will there be parking at the ceremony and reception venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the Black Point Inn. Both the ceremony and reception will be held there.

Answer

Your presence is truly enough of a gift! We are sincerely grateful just to have you come and spend this day with us, however, if you are wanting to give an additional gift, we would love to receive contributions to our honeymoon fund and house fund.
