Did you stay in touch after high school?
Yes! James and I stayed friends. After high school we would Skype for hours on end. James shared his Netflix account with me to watch a show together until I got impatient and watched the whole season without him.
Who made the first move? How?
In September of 2023, I saw him working at Stonybrook and realized I hadn’t talked to him in a while so I sent him a text.
When and where did he propose?
James proposed on our one year anniversary at Longwood Gardens. It was a complete surprise and James did a great job!
