Please RSVP by April 1st 2026. You'll need to let us know if you are staying at the Hagerman Valley Inn, which meal you'd like on the night of the wedding, and what kind of Donuts you would like.
We are registered with Zola, Target, and Amazon. There is a registry page on the website where you can access all links to each registry. Go to the top of the page and find the option "registry". This will take you to the main page where you can select options from that page. We do have more options if you click the link to Amazon or Target.
The Ceremony will start promptly at 4:00PM. To ensure it starts on time and smoothly, please arrive to the Ceremony by 3:30 PM. There is a dirt parking lot which you will need to park at, and have time to walk over to the ceremony and find your seat. We will not be accepting "late guests" without a valid reason. Please be respectful to our time as well as others.
Semi-Formal attire. Wedding colors are blue and purple. Keep in mind this is an outdoor venue, on partial grass and concrete. Please dress weather permitting.
Of course! We will need to know about any and all plus ones/dates ON/BEFORE April 1st 2026. Otherwise we will not be able to accommodate for dinner and dessert.
We would prefer to have children 12 and under to not be in attendance. However we as parents understand sometimes there is no way around that. Please keep in mind, there is a lake at the venue. This lake is lined with a concrete barrier and has a 3 foot drop to the lake. If you do bring children of any age please be mindful of them so there is no accidents/incidents.
We have 8 double queens reserved at the Hagerman Valley Inn. The cost is $113 a night, please let us know if you would like to stay at this beautiful Inn with us by April 1st of 2026. However if you would like to book your own room near the venue, the closest accommodations are as follows; Best Western Sawtooth Inn and Suites Located in Jerome Idaho, 24 miles away from Venue. Billingsley Creek Located in Hagerman Idaho, 6.6 Miles away from Venue. Amber Inn Hotel Located in Bliss Idaho, 9.3 Miles away from Venue

Yes! Parking is located in a dirt lot right off of the venue. It is marked and all Guests will need to park here unless you have received a "grandparent parking pass". There is a loop driveway at the venue and it is reserved for specific people, please do not park here! You will be instructed to move your vehicle to the dirt lot. We have been asked this by the owners of the venue, this is not optional.
We will not have transportation to and from the Inn. Please plan accordingly.
