4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
This event will be semi-formal attire. It will be outside, on partial grass and concrete. Please dress weather permitting.
Please Arrive by 3:30 PM to ensure the Ceremony can start at 4pm smoothly. There will be name plaques on each seat, there will also be a number next to your name. That is your table number to help you find your seat for the reception under the tent. Please find your name tag and that's where you'll sit for the Ceremony.
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
During the time immediately following the ceremony, we will have a Cocktail hour while taking pictures with everyone. We will call up 1 table at a time to ensure we get pictures with everyone. Please be sure to make note of your table number (Located next to your name on your seating plaque) and come over to the picture area when your table number is called.
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
We will have our Grand Entrance at 5:30 PM. Dinner will start immediately after. It will be a buffet Style Dinner.
6:30 pm - 7:00 pm
We will be having a Donut Stand as opposed to a cake. We are still working out the fine details but I will be back with an update when we have decided.
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
As our celebration winds down, we’d love for everyone to enjoy the final two hours with us—dancing, chatting, and soaking up the last moments of the night. Our venue requires us to be fully packed up and out by 10:00 PM, so once the music fades, we’ll shift into cleanup mode. If you’re able to lend a hand during those final moments, we would be incredibly grateful. And if not, please know we completely understand—your presence throughout the day is already the greatest gift. Thank you for celebrating with us, for all the love you’ve shown, and for helping make this day unforgettable. Let’s enjoy every last minute together!
