Jamie & I met when we were 5 & 6 at the trailer park we grew up in. Since then we have been best buds! We were punks when we were kids, terrorizing our neighbors but we've both grown up a lot since then and there's no one else I rather have made those memories with. Jamie is the most outgoing, charismatic person I know; I'm happy to call him my brother and my best man.

Ash, James' sister went to Santiago Highschool the same time James & I were there. I remember James was walking me to class (like he often did) and we found Ash by her locker. James said "Ash this is the girl I was telling you about" & Ash said "Oh Star I know her". I absolutely give Ash credit for James & I reconnecting after graduation when we she saw me at the local Albertsons. I guess this blurb should be me thanking my Sister in Law for my relationship!

Wendy & I met my 2nd to last year at CSUF and we became friends rather quickly. That summer we unknowingly attended a Public Health Conference together at Loma Linda University and we were tied at the hip all week long. Wendy has such a bubbly spirit, she's intelligent, gives great advice and is so much fun to be around.

Garrett is my adventurous, outdoorsman cousin! Gare & I became close going to the river, doing shooting trips & camping together. We've shared countless laughs, memories and experiences that I cherish deeply. I loved being apart of his wedding and I love that he gets to be apart of mine.

Delia is my oldest friend. We met in middle school, lived across from each other for many years and she even did my nails while I was in labor with Stefan. I cant imagine not having her there on our special day. She's seen my relationship with James grow into what it is today and I am so happy that after many years of us talking about my future wedding the time is finally here for us to plan it!

Luis & I met playing videogames through an old friend of mine, we are both really similar because we're introverts but we bonded over our sense of humor. Luis is a foodie and loves trying out new places. It was great to be able to meet in "real life" while hanging out with our families & trying out new restaurants together.

Catie & I first met at Carp. I was so angry at James for leaving me behind to play volleyball with the cousins & Catie (as another girlfriend) was there to reassure me that everything was ok and that that's just how the Evans men work LOL. Some of my favorite memories are definitely her French braiding my hair, coordinating Carp outfits or stealing all the babies on the beach.

Matt is another one of my cousins. When I was younger the age difference made it a little difficult for us to relate to one another. However, as we've gotten older we've gotten a lot closer. He's the type of guy you'd want on your side in a bar fight and lucky for me he's on my side.

Rick is the guy my sister married...... Naturally I was protective over my sister and I wasn't too sure how I felt about him. However he's a great person to be around he is funny, a great Dad to my niece and nephews and both of my kids love him as well.

I met Soph the first time at one of Liz's work Christmas parties and the next time after that was also at a party....LOL Soph is our resident partier, she is always down for a fun time and will always say yes to being your tequila shot buddy. Soph & I share a lot of similarities, we were both in choir as teens, we've bonded over our love for biology and share our love of good books. The best thing about Soph is her laugh! I love having her around.
