Vienna International Airport
Regardless of your departure location, the closest airport to Vinařství Spielberg is Vienna International Airport, located in Austria. This is only 90 minutes - 2 hours from our wedding venue. We suggest looking at flights in January or February, in order to minimize the cost as much as possible to you. We recommend flying into THIS airport, as we will be arranging pick-up from the here in coordination with our venue and hotels. Please note, if you arrive on Saturday morning, you may need to coordinate your own transportation.

Václav Havel Airport Prague
Additionally, you may choose to fly into Václav Havel Airport, located in Prague. This is about 2 hours 30 minutes - 3 hours from Brno by train. While we cannot organize pick-up from this airport, we have found that flights tend to be cheaper and Prague is a beautiful city to spend a day should you fly in early. There are consistent trains and buses from Prague to Brno and we can help you organize this should you choose to fly into Prague

RegioJet Train or Flix Bus from Prague to Brno
Our suggested train option from Prague to Brno is RegioJet. TRAIN: These tickets tend to be somewhere between $20 and $50 depending on time of the train and how far in advance you book. A few things to note if you choose this option: 1. The main train station, called Prague Hlavní Nádraží, is not at the airport. It is about 7 miles away. We suggest downloading the Bolt App, it is a 25 - 35 minute drive and around 350 - 450 czech krona (about $20 USD). Another option is taking the AE bus. This runs every 30 minutes directly from terminal 1 to the main train station and costs around 100 czech krona ($3 - 4USD). Locals are very friendly and please ask for help around the airport to find the correct bus (they speak english). 2. If you pick this option, please ensure that you select a direct route from Prague Hln and Brno Hln. They tend to be 2 hours shorter and reduces the need for extra work and run every hour on the hour. BUS: If the extra step of going from the airport to the main train station in Prague seems slightly too hard, there is also the option to bus. The bus from Prague to Brno leaves directly from the airport. It is also cheaper, anywhere from $5 to $15 USD depending on time of day. There are several bus stations in Brno, please select the Bus Station Hotel Grand, as this is easiest for us to pick you up. M. R. Štefánik Airport Bratislava
Finally, you may choose to fly into Bratislava Hlavna Stanica, located in Slovakia. This is about 2 hours from our venue. These flights take longer and are slightly more expensive from America and we will not be able to arrange pick up from this airport. This mean that you would need to also organize trains to Brno, Czechia. We are happy to help you if this is the option you select
Train
RegioJet from Bratislava to Brno
The RegioJet from Bratislava, direct, takes about an hour and 45 minutes. It is around $40 USD a ticket. The Bratislava Hl St is about a 20 minute drive from the airport. Using the Bolt ride share up, the average price we found for this was between 5 and 10 euros depending on the time of day. Alternatively, the 61 bus runs every 15 minutes directly from the airport to the main train station, taking between 25 and 30 minutes. Modrá Hortenzie
This hotel is about 500 feet from our wedding venue and is has blocks reserved from Thursday, 13th August - Sunday, 16th August. It can hold about 40 guests and is an apartment style living, holding between 2 and 6 people per apartment. This venue is prioritized for family and wedding parties. However, it will be a first come, first served block and we strongly encourage guests to look here first. This link is just holding for now. We will be updating with the correct booking link shortly.
