Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park
"In 1792, Paterson was established, America's first planned industrial city, centered around the Great Falls of the Passaic River." Please visit park website for information on park closures, COVID-19 requirements/precautions, directions, link to download the self-guided walking tour, etc. The park is free to enter!
Paterson Museum
"Visitors will enjoy looking over the dyeing, winding, warping, weaving and Jacquard loom products that gave Paterson its worldwide reputation in silk and textiles." The Paterson Museum is about a 2-3 minute walk from the Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park. There is no admission fee but a donation of $2 per adult is suggested.
Hoboken Waterfront
Hoboken and Jersey City, NJ are about a 30-40 minute drive from Paterson. Both offer amazing views of the Manhattan skyline, great food and access to Manhattan via train or ferry.
Willowbrook Mall
The Willowbrook Mall has everything from Bloomingdale's to Zara, and Dave & Buster's to Cinemark Theaters, and it's only a 3 minute drive from the Doubletree Hotel!
