Schedule and Day of Information

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

4:00 pm - 9:30 pm

The ceremony will begin at 4:00PM where we will exchange our vows, but we ask that all guests aim for 3:00PM arrival (please see the FAQ's for more info). We will then have a casual reception party with food and drinks for our guests to enjoy until winding down at 9:30PM. Guests are encouraged to stay for the entire duration to catch up with friends and family after time apart, or to get to know the loved ones on the other side of the aisle. The reception will be casual and oriented around family and friends: this is not a professional event but one where we want to enjoy the company of everyone we hold dear and include them in our celebration as an important part of our lives. Food will not be fancy either, but is intended to evoke the best memories of our relationship and fit the theme of our campground setting. We are looking forward to seeing new family members meet old ones and for our circles to come together as we unite our lives.
