Camper Check-in

Location: Lodge

Check-in: Check in can begin as early as 4:30pm. There are no scheduled activities until dinner at 6:00pm or the Welcome Campfire later in the evening, so you are welcome to use this time to explore, play games/activities, etc.! If you are immediate family, please keep some time reserved for us after dinner and before the campfire for the rehearsal!

General Notes

_____

- There are no pets allowed in the lodge, or unattended on site (read this as: your pets need to stay at home, or stay in your RV). - Right now, at Pigeon Lake, there is a blue-green algae water advisory. Avoid water with visible algae; if you touch it, wash with tap water right away. No swimming/wading where algae is present; keep pets out.

_____

Meals: Times & Menu

_____

All of your meals (outside of Dinner on Saturday) will happen in the Lodge. This is because we are decorating the dining hall for the reception on Friday, and to keep the food you paid for from being eaten by guests who are not staying for the weekend (if this changes, we will let you know at check-in). The meals over the weekend will be simple, but still delicious! All of your dietary restrictions have been recorded and shared with the camp. Below is the plan for the meals over the weekend! Friday: 6:00 pm Dinner: Hamburgers: tomatoes, lettuce, onion, condiments + Veggie Burger Option, and side (TBD) Saturday: 9:00 am Breakfast: Pancakes, Fruit Tray, Sausages, Yogurts + Veggie sausage option, and cereal 12:00 pm Lunch: Sandwich tray (egg salad, ham/turkey/beef, veggie options), Potato Salad, Veggie tray 6:30 pm Reception Dinner: Taco Bar Sunday: 9:00 am Breakfast: Baked omelette( cheese+ veggie), Fruit Tray, Muffins, Yogurt and Cereal
