You are welcome to travel by plane or car, whichever makes the most sense for you! If you are traveling by air, plan on flying into Miami International Airport (MIA) - this is the closest airport to Key Largo.
Travel Note
Carpool and Rental Vehicles
Our families will be renting a few large vehicles to travel between Miami and Key Largo. If you are arriving in the early afternoon on February 3rd and would like to carpool, please let us know and share your flight details as they become available - this will help facilitate our travel schedule to and from the airport. If would prefer to reserve a rental vehicle for yourself, you are more than welcome to. Rental vehicles are the most affordable transportation option as the current Uber rate from Miami to Key Largo is $150-200 each way.
Hotel
Coconut Palm Inn
Due to the intimate size of our wedding, all guests are required to stay onsite at our venue and hotel, Coconut Palm Inn in Key Largo. Rooms are already reserved and will be pre-assigned to facilitate the deposit and check-in process. Check-in: Tuesday, February 3 at 4pm Check-out: Friday, February 6 at 11am* All guest rooms must be booked via phone call to Coconut Palm Inn by November 1, 2025. CPI can be reached at (305) 852-3017. Please let the front desk staff know that you are booking your room for the Yeloushan-James wedding in February 2026. CPI will collect a deposit of 1-night plus 12.5% tax when booking; the remaining balance will be due at check-in. Room selections and pricing are available now - reach out to Erica for more information. Detailed costs and due dates will also be included in our formal invitations which will be mailed in July.
