Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is "island cocktail" - dress for sunny, 75-80°C weather on the beach! Gentlemen, lightweight suits and linen items are great; if you’ve been wanting to try a fun color or tropical pattern, now’s your chance. Ladies, time to break out the bright colors, fun prints, and bold jewelry!

Do you have hotel recommendations?
Answer
Due to the intimate size of our wedding, all guests are required to stay onsite at Coconut Palm Inn for the duration of our wedding celebration, February 3-6. CPI is a private, 19-room resort which will be primarily occupied by our family and friends during our stay. Rooms have already been reserved and will be pre-assigned to facilitate the deposit and check-in process. Visit the 'Travel' tab for more information.

Do I have to stay all three nights?

We would love for you to stay for the entirety of the reservation, February 3-6! We have organized our wedding celebration around this timeframe and would like to spend as much time with our loved ones as possible. A general outline of the celebration is below. Tuesday, February 3: Check-In and Welcome Dinner Wednesday, February 4: Pool Day at Coconut Palm Inn followed by Rehearsal Dinner Thursday, February 5: Wedding Day Friday, February 6: Check-Out and Farewell Brunch

Can I extend my stay?

Of course! Coconut Palm Inn is offering our guests additional discounts on any weekday extended stay dates. If you would like to extend your stay, please work with the hotel office to secure extra nights when you call to make your deposit.

What will I be responsible for?
Answer
Guests will need to cover their own travel expenses and the cost of their room including taxes and the nightly resort fee (details below). The resort provides in-room and stationed coffee, as well as a morning muffin basket delivered to your room daily - if you would like specialty coffee or a heartier breakfast, you are welcome to venture out! There are several coffee shops and breakfast spots nearby. We will cover the following meals: Tuesday, February 3: Welcome Dinner Wednesday, February 4: Barbecue lunch and Rehearsal Dinner Thursday, February 5: Grab & Go Lunch Items and Dinner Reception Friday, February 6: Farewell Brunch

When should I book my room?

All guest rooms must be booked via phone call to Coconut Palm Inn by November 1, 2025. CPI can be reached at (305) 852-3017. Please let the front desk staff know you are booking your room for the Yeloushan-James wedding in February 2026. CPI will collect a deposit of 1-night plus 12.5% tax when booking; the remaining balance will be due at check-in. Visit the 'Travel' tab for more information.

What does the resort fee cover?

Coconut Palm Inn requires a $30 + tax nightly resort fee per room, which you will be responsible for.
