What about COVID-19?

Answer

Man are we tired of having to think about this. But we intend to fully comply with state guidelines for everyone's safety. Currently there are NO masks required at the venue, and social distancing is NOT enforced. Please perform hand-hygiene before touching food at the buffet and dessert stations. If you are not feeling well, we ask that you stay home, but know you would be missed. Make sure that you RSVP as soon as possible so that we can contact you if our plans change!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to COVID-19, we have limited available space for guests. Unless you explicitly received a plus-one, we cannot let you bring a date.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love you and we love your kiddos! However given restrictions on guest limit, we would recommend that kids stay home. But if you cannot find other accommodations, let us know, and we can work something out! Babies are absolutely welcome and there will be a comfortable space for breastfeeding available.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot available! Cars can be left overnight, but they must be picked up before 9AM the following morning.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

You can, and we can try to help! The caterer should be able to answer any questions about ingredients day-of, but we will have gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options. If you have a serious medical concern, please reach out!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Probably 15-20 minutes before the start of the ceremony! So around 3:40!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express - Newberg, but you are welcome to stay wherever works for you. Check out the travel tab!
