Will transportation be provided (e.g., a shuttle)?

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a dedicated parking lot at The Lodge right next to the reception hall. The Ceremony space is a short walk up the hill next to the parking lot.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The address of the venue is: 5931 Blenheim Rd, Charlottesville, VA. To get to the Lodge, use your GPS to navigate to the Tasting Room & Taphouse at Mount Ida Reserve. Once you're on the property, you will arrive at two gates. Turn right to get to the Lodge! Left will take you to the tasting room.

Are kids welcome?

Unfortunately, we can only accommodate our immediate family's children.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The attire is Semi-Formal. For the men, please plan on wearing a suit or a nice pair of dress pants and button down. For the women, cocktail or floor length dresses are welcome! There will be some walking on the grass for the ceremony, so keep that in mind for footwear.
