All Black Affair Semi-Formal: Semi-formal attire is an outfit that is dressier than what you'd wear to an office but not as dressy as a formal evening gown or tuxedo. A dress or dressy suit with a dressy top, with heels, strappy sandals, flats, or dress shoes. Suits, dress pants, and dress shoes may be worn. No jeans, T Shirts, or ripped pants.
We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your formal invitation. No additional guests unless specified on your invite. If we missed a spouse, please reach out.
While we love our little cousins and tiny friends, due to restricted venue numbers, we chose to make this an adult only event. Only children in the wedding party will be in attendance. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us! Thank you for understanding!
If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation- that is great and very helpful! The last day to RSVP is April 24, 2025. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date provided, it will be marked as a “no.” We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVPs, we hope that you understand!
The ceremony and reception will take place at Magnolia Creek Ranch. The ceremony may be outside depending on the weather so please plan accordingly! The reception will be indoors.
We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes before our 5:30pm ceremony time. This gives us enough time to be on schedule. If you are late and the wedding has started, we ask that you stand in the back until the ceremony is finished and then join us at the reception!
This will be an unplugged ceremony. There will be professional photographers and content creators on site to capture the ceremony. We want all guest to be present and able to enjoy the ceremony without worrying about taking photos. Thank you for understanding and respecting our request. You can however, take AS MANY photos as you'd like during the cocktail hour and reception!
Yes, we will have beer, wine, and select liquors available so please have a way to get home safely.
