We met during our last year of undergrad at Miami University. On September 20th, we will officially be Miami Mergers!

We took this photo on Tara's first trip to visit Jake in Cleveland after graduation. (Little did we know, the building where we would get our first apartment together is in the back of this photo)

Only a few short weeks into dating, Jake found out his career was taking him to Wichita, Kansas. Tara visited often and we discovered many favorite spots- like this live music at Brickyard.

After Jake's year in Wichita, he then moved to Baltimore, MD. This photo was taken at our favorite Baltimore restaurant - Nick's Fish House!

After 2 years of long-distance, Jake moved back to Cleveland in 2023 and we got our first apartment together in downtown Cleveland!

Jake proposed to Tara by surprising her when she thought she was going to a girls dinner with his sisters in The Flats.

After Jake proposed, (and Tara said yes!) their friends and family were waiting inside Alley Cat in The Flats to surprise them (you can see them cheering in the background of this photo!)

We took many of our engagement photos at the Cleveland Museum of Art. (fun fact: during one of Tara's first visits to Cleveland, Jake took Tara on a date here.)

During our engagement session, this photo was taken right outside of our apartment in Cleveland where we have loved living for the last 2 years.
