Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

For our guests staying at the Summit Inn, we will have a shuttle transporting guests to & from Nemacolin for the Welcome Party on Friday and the Wedding on Saturday. Shuttle times can be found below: Friday Pick-up at Summit at 6:30pm Leave Nemacolin at 9:00pm Saturday: Pick-up at Summit at 4:30pm Leave Nemacolin at 11:00pm

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity at our venue, we cannot accommodate additional guests that are not listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we will be limiting children to the bridal party only. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see everyone dressed in black-tie optional attire on the day of our wedding. For men, this includes tuxedos or dark colored suits and for women we recommend floor length dresses, midi or cocktail dresses. Are guests staying off-site able to use Nemacolin Amenities?

Answer

For all organized events for our wedding weekend (listed on the schedule), guests staying off property are welcome. Guests staying off-property will not be able to access additional Nemacolin amenities such as the spa, pool, or golf individually.
