When should guests arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00p. Guests should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early, though 30 minutes is preferred. This gives you time to settle in at your favorite spot, take in the view, and enjoy some music that captures our personalities. Please note: If you are not seated by 4:00 PM, we’ll see you at cocktail hour instead.

Is there a dress code?

Sorta! Please dress in dressy casual to semi-formal attire—nice pants, skirts, dresses, or collared shirts. We kindly ask guests not to wear white or teal (wedding colors), and to avoid shorts, sweatpants, flip-flops, or sandals. Reminder: This is a winter wedding even though we are in the South! Dress for the weather!

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony—including on cell phones. We have a professional photographer capturing everything, and your cooperation helps ensure our photos are free of phones and raised hands. Once the ceremony ends, feel free to take photos during cocktail hour and the reception! We’ll have a QR code available so you can upload any pictures you take for us to enjoy.
