Charleston International Airport is a 20-minute drive from Isle of Palms. There are several car rental companies located at the airport for pick-up and drop-off.
Travel Note
There is so much to do and so many places to stay in Charleston - you can't go wrong! If you would like to stay on Isle of Palms, where the Celebration of Love will be held, we recommend reserving a hotel room at the Wild Dunes Resort or renting a beach house. If you would like to explore another beachy area of town, we'd recommend renting a beach house on Sullivan's Island (5 minutes from Isle of Palms) or Folly Beach (40 minutes from Isle of Palms). If you want to experience the historic neighborhoods of Charleston, we'd recommend staying downtown (20 minutes from Isle of Palms). Hotels along East Bay Street will give you the Charleston charm everyone loves!
