Check-in begins at 1:00 PM on Friday. You’re welcome to arrive at any time that’s convenient for you. Staff will show you where your cabin is located and where to park for the weekend. If you can’t make it on Friday night, no worries—we will see you Saturday!

Weather permitting, we’ll gather by the water; if it’s raining, we’ll meet in the main lodge. Feeling festive? Break out your favorite colorful, vintage (or tacky) Hawaiian shirt 🌺

You are welcome to participate in any of the following hang-sessions post-dinner: bonfire and s'mores, dodgeball tournament, movie night in the theater or impromptu jam sessions. Note: If you play an instrument, we highly encourage and love jam sessions. So, please bring an instrument! Make sure to get SOME rest for the big day tomorrow.

For those who can’t make it up on Friday night, feel free to arrive anytime on Saturday to check into your cabin and join the fun. The earlier you arrive, the more activities you’ll be able to enjoy! If you’re planning to stay at camp, don’t forget to click the “Booking Your Cabin” section after submitting your RSVP to complete the Cabin Form.

Start your day with some movement: a yoga session led by a local instructor will be held under the pavilion.
9:00 am - 10:30 am
Please ONLY RSVP “YES” if you will be staying at camp AND will be checked in by the time this event begins. For those of you staying on-site with us: Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs, Home Fries, Bacon, Sausage, Fresh Fruit, Assorted Baked Goods, Cereal, and Granola bar, and of course, coffee!

Spend the day enjoying everything the camp has to offer before getting ready for the ceremony and reception. Prefer relaxing in an Adirondack chair with a drink? We’ve got that covered too. This is our time to soak in extra moments together! Activities include, but are not limited to: Archery, Baseball/Softball, Soccer, Wiffleball, Street Hockey, Basketball, Football, Tennis and Pickleball, Beach Volleyball, Gaga, Mountain Biking Arts and Crafts, Lawn Games, Campfires, Movie Theater, Rec Hall, Gymnasium, Stand-up Paddleboards, Kayaks, Sailboats, Fishing Motorized boats, jet skis and pontoon boats will be available for rent.

Formal Cocktail: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail formal dresses. Even though we are staying at a camp, we want guests to dress up for the the wedding itself.
Please arrive and be seated by 3:45PM. We will not wait for any late arrivals. The ceremony will take place in the woodsy amphitheater, followed by cocktail hour, reception, and dancing the night away. Please note that there is a dress code for this day (Formal Cocktail); our wedding theme is "Retro Whimsical" so think "Wes Anderson Movies"; dressy, fun, bright colors.
4:45 pm - 11:00 pm
Drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be served on the deck starting at 4:30PM. Please be around for a group photo at 5:50PM. The reception will begin at 6:00PM under the pavilion across from the main dining hall. A buffet-style dinner will be served followed by dancing.

Let the parties continue with DJ sets, bonfires, and movies rolling all throughout the night. After Party ends at Breakfast.

Breakfast is included if you are staying with us for the weekend! Spend the morning reminiscing about the fun that was had over a mimosa & bloody mary bar. Oh, and food of course :).

Why stop the fun there? Enjoy camp and all of its beauty and festivities for another full-day. Bask in the sun, go on a boat, do a craft, take a nap (or 4?).
